My favorite picture
This is my favorite picture. In 2013 my mom got kicked-out of her old work,
where she worked for 25 years, and with
the compensation money we had a family journey to Mexico, specifically Cancún
and Yucatán Peninsula. I didn’t like the
idea of a journey just for pleasure, because I was a presumptuous boy who only
wanted a “cultural destiny” dodging all the Mexican culture. This photo was
taken in September 17th, 2013, at my 18th birthday, in Chichén Itzá. This is
one of the prettiest and brathtaking places I have ever visited in my life.
This is a pyramid and monument complex built by the Maya Civilization at the AD
800. This photo was taken by myself, because none of my family knew how to take
a good photo, so it took me like 15 minutes to take this picture, where it’s me
in front of Kukulcán Temple.
